Fairless Stampin' Flair: FILLED WITH HAPPINESS

This week I will be featuring the Filled with Happiness Stamp Set from the January - April Spring Mini Catalog.

I purchased this set because it pairs perfectly with the Modern Oval Punch and is something a little different from most of my sentiment stamp sets.

Today's card, made with the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper (DSP), is a colorful and happy birthday card.

Today's card was made with the Fractured Card Technique, also known as a Shutter Card. If you are unfamiliar with this technique you can watch the replay of the Learning with Friends video on my YouTube channel where I demonstrate a few different types of Fractured Cards.

The complete sentiment image was first stamped on Pretty Peacock cardstock with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed with White Embossing Powder. It was then stamped a second time with Black Memento ink on Basic White. The center portion of the image was colored with Stampin' Blends and then punched out with the Modern Oval Punch.

The sentiment on the inside of the card is one of my favorites to use for birthdays.
