It is time for the August Share it Sunday Blog Hop! I like this blog hop because we don't need to create anything specific for it. We can just share whatever it is we are working on.
For the last few months I have been making the last week of the month "Hodgepodge Week", so the Share it Sunday fits in perfectly. During Hodgepodge week I share cards that I created for other activities during the month. Work smarter -- not harder!
Today's card is one that I created for my weekly Learning with Friends video series earlier this month. The technique I shared on this particular segment was the Embedded Image Technique.

I was initially a little intimidated to try the technique, but worried all for nothing!
My embedded image butterfly was made with the Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set. This stamp set has quickly become one of my favorites. It is so versatile and who doesn't love a pretty butterfly.
The designer series paper is from the Unbounded Beauty and Thoughtful Designs collections. I love that these DSP collections use the new In-Colors.
The inside of the card is also given a little pop of color with some Unbounded Beauty "scraps".
