Nature's Harvest Suite - Sneak Peak #1

Welcome to my new Fairless Stampin' Flair blog!  I’m excited to start this new journey, but as this is my first attempt at blogging, it will be a learning process!  Your comments and suggestions are welcome!

I've been posting regularly for about nine months on my Fairless Stampin' Flair Facebook page, so if you would like to see any of my previous projects, please visit my business page at https://www.facebook.com/FairlessStampinFlair/.

On my Facebook page my process has been to feature a different stamp set or bundle each week so you can see multiple projects made with the same set.  For now my plan is to continue with that process here.  My goal is to post a new project at least 3 times per week.

This week I'm featuring some sneak-peaks of a new product from Stampin' Up!'s Fall Mini Catalog that will go live August 3.  It is the Harvest Meadow Suite and here are just a few of the beautiful products available as part of the suite!

Today's card showcases three of the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper patterns.  I used the two Misty Moonlight and one of the Bumblebee patterns.

A second Sneak Peak product on this card is the Silver Foil Specialty Paper.  This silver foil comes in three different finishes which gives each sheet a very different look.  The scalloped rectangle on the upper right was made with the heavily brushed finish and was die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  The heavily brushed choice is a dark silver with a somewhat purplish tint.  It is really pretty and the picture doesn't do it justice!

The flowers, wheat and sentiment were all die cut with the new Harvest Dies.  The flowers were colored with Stampin' Blends.   With the exception of the sneak peak products, at the bottom of this post you can see a complete list of products used on this card.

We never want to have a naked inside or envelop right?  I kept the inside very simple by adding a strip of the DSP edged with a narrow strip of the Silver Foil.  This leaves me plenty of room to hand write a personalized thank you message.

If you would like more detailed dimensions and directions for this card there is a free tutorial at this link.

Since I am early in the learning process, I'm not 100% confident that this link will actually work, so if it does not, drop me an email and I'll be happy to email you a copy of the tutorial.

Thank you for stopping by today to visit my very first blog post ever!  I hope you will come back again.
