I used the gorgeous Thoughtful Journey 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (DSP) for today's card. This DSP is part of the Thoughtful Journey Suite that I am featuring this week.
This card is similar in concept to the Triple Time Stamping Technique, but rather than stamping the image, I used the pretty DSP. If fact, the only stamping on this card is for the sentiments.
Both sentiments are from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set, but the star of the show for this card is the Thoughtful Journey DSP!
The most difficult thing about this card was choosing which design DSP to use. After selecting this one, I chose the portion of the DSP that I wanted to be my focal point and then die cut that section with a Deckled Rectangle Die. I added a Blackberry mat behind the die cut and popped it up on dimensionals aligning the image with the image on the DSP.
For the inside of the card, I used a leftover strip of the same DSP to add a bit of color.
I love the new Unbounded Love sentiment stamp set. It has sentiments that are great for the card front and there are also inside sentiments that coordinate very nicely with various front sentiments.
