To make the woodgrain pattern designer series paper that is behind the flowers a little more subtle, I layered it with a piece of Vellum that was cut with the largest die from Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Adding a layer of vellum is always a good solution to provide an element of softness to a card.
The flowers were stamped with Black Memento ink on Basic White cardstock and then colored with Stampin' Blends. The colors used were Mango Melody, Cajun Craze and Just Jade.
After coloring was complete, the flowers were cut with the coordinating die from Flowers of Home.
What do you think? Doesn't this sentiment just make you smile?
