This week I am featuring the Rustic Crate Bundle from the new 2023 September - December catalog.
The first time I saw the catalog this was one of the bundles that immediately went on my wish list.
Today's card is a fun-fold that uses the "herbs" stamp. The reason I was immediately drawn to this bundle was because of its versatility. It has these leafy stems -- that I am calling "herbs", but it also has a stamp with pumpkins and sunflowers and another with Poinsettia's. So, it has all the seasons covered. Plus, I love the "old" crate that all of the different "bouquets" fit into.
This simple fun fold is a useful design to show off your pretty designer series paper (DSP). I used three different DSP patterns from the Earthen Elegance Collection. The two main patterns are Misty Moonlight, and the crate was die cut from a design that includes shades of Pecan Pie. For more information on the Earthen Elegance DSP see my Product List below.
A little Distressed Gold Specialty Paper was used to die cut the corner trim and the frame for the sentiment which just fits inside it.

The inside of the card was stamped with a partial crate and a partial "bouquet" of herbs.
This sentiment from the Rustic Crate stamp set is different from any sentiment I have in my stash, and I like that the underlying message it communicates is that we need to have patience. Patience is not one of my strengths, so it is an excellent reminder for me. How about you? Are you a patient person?
