CHEERFUL DAISIES HINGE FUN FOLD

It's Friday and time for a Friday Fun Fold.  I have no idea what the official name of this fun fold is, but I'm calling it a Hinge Fun Fold.

Yesterday on my Learning with Friends video, I demonstrated how to make this card.  It is quite a simple fun fold, but I like it because you can use it to showcase 3 different designer series paper (DSP) designs if you want.

If you missed yesterday's video you can watch the replay below.

I used two different DSP collections on this card.  Wildly Flowering was used on the front left panel and the inside of the card.  Country Woods was used on the square focal point behind the daisies.  Both are beautiful collections that I think you will want in your DSP arsenal!

The only stamping on this card was the sentiment!  The daisies were made completely with die cuts and a small blending brush to color the centers with Moody Mauve ink and the leaves with Misty Moonlight ink.

I fluffed the flower petals a bit by using a bone folder to add just a little bit of curl.  It makes them look a lot thicker than they are.

I didn't yet add a sentiment to the inside of the card.  I often leave the inside sentiment free so I can add one later once I know who the recipient will be.

I did add a narrow strip of the same DSP on the edge of the Basic White to give the inside a little pop of color.  The DSP lining the inside of the card base and covering the hinge is a linen-look Misty Moonlight that I love, but honestly it doesn't show its best in the photo.  It is so much prettier in person.
