HOT FOIL FOR FESTIVE CHEER



Today's card made with the Festive Cheer Bundle may look like any traditional Christmas card, but it uses Stampin' Up!®'s brand new Hot Foil System.

Do you see the pretty gold bricks in the background.  Those were created with Hot Foiling.

Have you seen or heard of Hot Foiling?  It's so fun, and if you love shine and bling, you are going to love this new way to add both to your projects.

I created this short video to show you how our system works.  This card was only my 2nd time using the Hot Foil System, so we are learning this technique together!

There are several ornament stamps and dies, and don't you just love the big, bold, pine branch die cut?

I found that stamping the "solid" ornament image first worked best for me, as I had better luck aligning the "line" image to the "solid" image than vice versa.

The stamp set also includes some fun and happy greetings, and the die set has a large bold NOEL die.  Take a closer look in the product list below.

I kept the inside of the card clean & simple by using the big, bold "SENDING CHEER" greeting stamped in Cherry Cobbler and matting the Very Vanilla cardstock with a double mat -- Garden Green & Cherry Cobbler.
