BRANCH OUT WITH NATURE'S PRINTS

Happy Friday!  I have another card made with Natures Prints today.  I've had a lot of fun playing with this Sun Prints Suite of products.  I think it's going to make my "favorites" list.

I still have lots of ideas swimming around in my head for this Nature's Prints Bundle, so you are likely to see it again.

For today's card, I used the Sun Prints Designer Series Paper on the left side, and the following color inks for the stamping: Gray Granite, Pacific Point, Night of Navy and Soft Sea Foam.  The border was stamped randomly with these colors, and it showcases a couple more of the "leafy" stamp images.  You have now seen every leaf image at least once on this week's cards.  I love the Fern Stamp.  It is so light and delicate that it makes a perfect stamp to use to fill-in areas that need a little something -- but not too much.  You can also stamp over it without it dominating the new image.

After I finished stamping the leafy images, the Basic White cardstock was embossed with the Splatters embossing folder from Stripes and Splatters to add a little texture.

The Nature's Prints Dies also include one die that is perfect for sentiments, and I've used it on today's card.  The Best Wishes sentiment has the pretty casual scripty font as do all four of the sentiments in this stamp set.  Do you like this particular sentiment?  It seems to me like it can be very versatile and used for many occasions.  What do you think?

For the inside of the card, I used one of my favorite ways to quickly add a little decoration.  No naked insides, right?

I placed a strip of Sun Prints Designer Series Paper on a strip of Pacific Point and just added it to the left side of my Basic White cardstock.  Add a Pacific Point Mat and the inside is cleanly simple, but still pretty.
