GALLERY BLOOMS

 Happy Monday!  It's a new week, and my featured product this week is the Beautiful Gallery Suite of Products.

Today's card uses Sketch # 6.


I demonstrated this sketch and showed additional ideas earlier this month during my Learning With Friends Template Time Video.  If you missed the video, you can watch the replay here.


The Designer Series Paper used on this card is from the Florals in Bloom Collection.  This paper uses several of the 2025 - 2027 In-Colors, and on this card I used one of those, Strawberry Slush, for the card base.  Strawberry Slush such a pretty color!  


The "yellow" flowers from Gallery Blooms were first stamped with Black Stazon ink on Water Color Paper.  Then I used my Water Painters to color them with Darling Duckling, Timid Tiger and Granny Apple Green ink.  When watercoloring, be sure to use a permanent ink like Stazon.  If you use a water based ink like Tuxedo Black Memento, the ink will run and smudge.

The coordinating Gallery Blooms die made quick work of cutting out the flowers.

For the inside of the card I kept is simple.  A strip of the DSP and a Darling Duckling Mat adds just a pop of color but leaves plenty of room to write my Thank You note.
