PEACEFUL GARDEN AND LAYERING CIRCLES

Yay!  I now have two Christmas cards made for 2025. This card uses the Layering Circles Technique.

This is a fun technique to show off the beautiful Peaceful Gardens Designer Series Paper (DSP).

I used the Layering Circles Technique, and as I worked to write the tutorial I struggled to explain the steps, I decided it may be more effective to demonstrate via video so here is my video.  I hope it is clear, but if you have questions, please leave a comment, and I will do my best to answer.

I specifically explain the 4-circle Layering Circles Technique which I used on this card, but you can vary the number of circles.  The basics are the same.  You just may need to do a little analysis to determine  how many of each size circle you need.

Once the "swoosh" was completed with the layering circles, the rest of the card was quick & easy.  The most difficult part of this card was deciding which of the beautiful DSP designs to choose!

A benefit of the Layering Circles Technique is that you end up with two swooshes.  One swooshes from bottom left to top right (like this card) and the other swooshes from top left to bottom right.  The fact you get two for one makes it a great technique for Christmas cards because it is simple to make multiples!

If you download the tutorial, you will see what I did with my other swoosh!  So I'm happy!  I now have 3 Christmas Cards finished, and it is only July 2!

For the inside of today's card, I added a Secret Sea mat and stamped the Peace on Earth sentiment with Secret Sea.
