It's already a new week and time for another featured bundle of the week! This week I'm sharing cards made with the Regal Reindeer Bundle.
Today I combined the Regal Reinder Stamp Set and Coordinating dies with the One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper (DSP). I love, love, love this ONLINE EXCLUSIVE DSP! In fact, because it has so many beautiful designs, I had such a difficult time deciding which one to use with my Reindeer, that I just made two very similar cards with two different scenes.
The scenic DSP was adhered to the front of a standard size Thick Basic White card base, and then I just stamped and colored some of the animals from the Regal Reindeer and die cut them. Oh, so quick and easy! And aren't these pretty cards?
I used one of the Reindeer and the bunny on the card with the cabin in the woods. And on the second card I choose the wooded scene with the deer. Then I added the other larger reindeer, the fox, and the bunny again.
Do you have a favorite?
I used the Peace on Earth sentiment from the Regal Reindeer bundle for both cards which fit perfectly in the sentiment tag die from Autumn Leaves Dies.
For a finishing touch I added some snowflakes from the Snowflake Assortment to each card. I layered two different color snowflakes together and then added a Festive Pearl to the center of each.
For the inside of each card I added a strip of the DSP and used this wonderful Christmas sentiment, also from Regal Reindeer.
Steps to create each of the cards are almost the same, but for more details a Free Tutorial is available for each of the cards at the following links:
Both Cards use products from the same stamp sets, Designer Series Paper Collection, Dies and Embellishments. I did use different color cardstock and ink to coordinate with the colors on the DSP, but this would be optional. You could certainly choose the same neutral color for each card. See the list below and the tutorials for additional details.
Would you leave me a comment and let me know which card is your favorite?
