SYMPATHY BLOOMS

 The Gallery Blooms Bundle and The Right Words stamp set were used for today's card.

The Gallery Blooms flower stem was heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder and then colored with Flirty Flamingo and Old Olive Watercolor Pencils.   This makes the coloring even easier because the raised image helps keep you in the lines!  😄.  After coloring, a Water Painter was used to blend the pencil color a bit.  

Watercolor Pencils are probably one of the easiest coloring mediums to use, but there are still a few tips and tricks to get the results you want.

The card base and the frame are Smokey Slate cardstock.  

I kept the color palette soft as that feels appropriate for a sympathy card.  

Both sentiments on today's card are from The Right Words Stamp set.  This is an excellent set with a nice variety of thoughtful sentiments.
