THOUGHTFUL WISHES OF APPRECIATION

Today's card uses a die that I haven't used yet this week as I have been sharing cards using the Thoughtful Journey Suite of Products. This card was CASEd (Copy And Share Everything) from a card I saw on Pinterest made by Kayla Renee.

The last couple of weeks here at Fairless Stampin' Flair have been a bit hectic as we move on to Phase 3 of the renovation. These are the times that I'm thankful for beautiful the ideas that others so willingly share.

My card uses the new Peach Pie In-Color, which I'm still trying to learn to love. It is a bit of a monochromatic card, but I can't claim it is a "true" monochromatic because I added a pop of Shy Shamrock behind a Basic Black sentiment. Why do I always want to call it "Shamrock Shake"? I must have a craving for one. But I digress...

The part I found intriguing about this card when I saw it was the threads behind the die cut. They were pulled from a piece of Peach Pie ribbon, and I really like the bit of unexpected added texture behind the die cut. I'm going to try to remember that trick!

It was a little tedious pulling out the strands, and I didn't use nearly as many as the card I CASEd but I like the bit of feathery softness it adds.

The large die cut, made with the Thoughtful Wishes Dies, was cut from the new 2024-2026 In-Color Glimmer specialty Paper. The Shy Shamrock behind the sentiment is also from that same paper pack. You can learn more about the products I used by clicking on the item in the Product List below.

For the inside of the card I masked the stripe and used a Blending Brush to color it. This is the same process as I used for the front of the card.

UNBOUNDED LOVE

Faith, Hope and Love, but the greatest of these is Love.

Today's card is a Fun Fold. I'm not sure what it is called, but it is a great design to send to someone who likes to display their cards because it stands beautifully.

I first saw this fun fold when Brandy Cox demonstrated it at one of the Creativate Retreats. The center panel pops forward, and I love how it can be used to display beautiful designer series paper (DSP). My card today uses my two favorite new In-Colors, Summer Splash, and Petunia Pop. You've been seeing these colors all week. I'm addicted!

You have also been seeing this Unbounded Beauty DSP all week. It is in the new 24-25 Annual Catalog and now available for everyone!

The flowers and stems on the front center panel were all made with the dies from Flowers of Beauty. No stamping required. The sentiment is from the Unbounded Love Bundle. If you are looking for a bundle that includes great sentiments with dies sized perfectly for a wide variety of sentiments you will want to check out Unbounded Love.

There isn't really an "inside" to this card, so when that happens with fun folds, we use the back of the card to create space for our message. The left panel is decorated with the same DSP as was used on the front. On the Basic White panel, which is adhered to the right panel, I used the stamps from Flowers of Beauty to create the flowers. The sentiment is the coordinating sentiment for the "LOVE" stamp -- "NEVER GIVES UP". Love this!

UNBOUNDED HOPE

Today our card focuses on Hope.

This card was inspired by Brandy Cox's Challenge from the 2024 Spring Creativate Retreat. She called it "Paper Strip Background", and that is exactly what it is -- Paper Strips. The background reminds me of a Quilting Technique, but for the challenge we just needed to add strips however we desired. It didn't need to look like a "quilt".

I used a mixture of paper strips from the Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper (DSP), Basic White and one of my top 2 favorite new In-Colors, Summer Splash. The Basic White and Summer Splash were embossed with the Distress Tile embossing folder before adhering everything to a layer of Basic White cardstock.

The sentiment die cut was made with one of "frames" from Unbounded Love dies. The leaves that you see behind the flower is actually part of the die cut. I love that. It makes it so easy!

The flower is from the other bundle, Flowers of Beauty, which is included in the Unbounded Beauty Suite. It is a two layer stamp which was stamped with Petunia Pop ink, also a new 24-26 In-Color.

For the inside of the card, I used the sentiment from Unbounded Love that coordinates with the "Hope" sentiment -- "IS BELIEVING IN A BRIGHTER TOMORROW." Don't you love how the inside sentiment continues the message of the front sentiment? I know I do!

UNBOUNDED FAITH

This week I will using a brand new Suite of products from the new 2024-2025 called Unbounded Beauty.

This suite includes two stamp set bundles, two packages of beautiful Designer Series Paper and some embellishments, so you are only going to see a tiny amount of what is included in the suite, but I hope you enjoy the cards.

There are so many great products in this suite that I had a difficult time deciding where to start.

Since I have a sketch challenge coming up in a group I belong to, I decided that was where I would start. I used the Unbounded Love Bundle which is a Sentiment Set that includes 25 sentiments and 16 dies that fit well with those sentiment.

This sentiment set includes the sentiments "Faith", "Hope" & "Love", so that is what this week's cards were built around. 1 Corinthians 13:13 says: Three things will last forever -- faith, hope, and love -- and the greatest of these is love. So today, we start with Faith.

The sentiment was made with one of the Unbounded Love dies. This die cut the Granny Apple Green Frame, and I cut an additional one from Basic White, and used the inside "scrap" to stamp the sentiment. The leaves and sprigs were also made with Unbounded Love dies.

You may be wondering what the color is on today's card. It is one of the new 24-26 In-Colors, Peach Pie. I'm still deciding if I like this color or not, but I have faith that it will grow on me.

You can also see a sneak peak of another new In-Color, Petunia Pop. Do you see the Petunia Pop die cut sprigs? There is no "wondering" if I like Petunia Pop or not. It is one of my two new favorites, and it just may be #1. You will definitely be seeing more of it this week.

The Unbounded Beauty DSP is also new and it is great because there are designs in each of the new In-Colors.

If you are noticing the swirls in the background, this is the new So Swirly Embossing Folder. I love it. Swirls or any graphical shapes are what I'm always drawn to. This embossing folder reminds me a bit of the new countertops I'm waiting for.

This is the sentiment from Unbounded Love that coordinates with "Faith". It says: "Is being sure of what we cannot see". That's kind of how I feel about my new countertops. I can't see them yet, but I have faith that I am going to love them! LOL

I used the frame that was left over from the sentiment die cut on the card front and adhered it directly around the stamped sentiment. I also added my go-to solution of a matted DSP strip to add some additional color to the Basic White assembly.
